“GUPO家”餐厅位于富平洞，是釜山最具代表性的庆尚道泥鳅汤饭店，自1959年一直营业至今。在浓郁的泥鳅汤中加入蕨菜可使味道更加香甜。在用大酱煮成的泥鳅汤中加入干白菜、豆芽等蔬菜，品起来口感更佳。用多种蔬菜制成的汤汁丝毫没有任何粗糙感，反而口感细腻柔滑。
